Methodologies Corporation announced the release of SOMF version 1.1. The advanced edition is based on recent book publication entitled "Service-Oriented Modeling: Service Analysis, Design, and Architecture", written by Michael Bell and produced by Wiley & Sons Inc. in March, 2008.

"The advanced service-oriented modeling framework, also known as SOMF 1.1, offers a service life cycle development methodology designed to help organizations establish state-of-the-art software architecture disciplines for building enterprise services," states Bell.
