The portfolio of services now includes free initial discovery sessions, packaged flat rate service packages, and customized engagements. The expanded service offerings facilitate the assessment, planning, and implementation of an integrated virtualization solution built around VMware.

Examples of packaged services include: VMware Capacity Planning and VMware Virtual Infrastructure Jumpstart. Both are defined engagements with concrete deliverables and set prices.

VMware Capacity Planning monitors and collects 30 days of performance metrics from a customer's infrastructure. Data is used to create a Virtualization Assessment report which provides: inventory of your existing infrastructure, a VMware Virtual Infrastructure 3 (VI3) deployment roadmap, and an installation plan focused on rapid ROI. This ensures successful VI3 migration.

VMware Virtual Infrastructure Jumpstart accelerates VI3 implementation. It includes installation and configuration of VI3, SAN connectivity, migration of physical machines to virtual, test of vMotion, documentation and knowledge transfer.
