AUSTIN, Texas, March 19, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Realty Austin, an award-winning Austin-based real estate brokerage, is pleased to announce the grand opening of a new Southwest Austin office located at Mopac and William Cannon, one of the fastest growing areas of Austin. Realty Austin Southwest will celebrate the event on Thursday, March 21, 2013.
Marc Warshawsky, Market Manager of Realty Austin Southwest said, "As the Southwest Austin area continues to evolve and grow, we are proud to have Realty Austin as an anchor of this great neighborhood. We feel Southwest Austin is an exciting place to live and we aim to uphold its integrity and uniqueness. Our goal is to provide hyper-local service, to our customers and the community, through our team of more than 50 highly experienced agents who live in Southwest Austin. This new office is an ideal place for our agents to meet with prospective customers so they can experience first hand the level of service we provide."
The addition of the Southwest Austin office adds to the company's existing Central Austin, Northwest Austin, Westlake, and Lake Travis locations. Realty Austin is already a strong force in the Southwest Austin real estate market, as they have the second highest market share and employ some of the most productive agents in the area. Their new location in Arbor Trails signifies the company's commitment to opening offices convenient for their customers and their agents, offering hands-on access to its customer service-oriented team.
Long before this expansion was a reality, Jonathan and Yvette Boatwright founded the Company in 2004 as a start-up. By strategically hand picking their roster of 185 high producing Austin agents, the pair has assembled a powerhouse team.
Boatwright said, "Austinites are intrigued and drawn to our company. We literally threw out the rulebook when creating our brokerage. The combination of having the best technology and recruiting only the best agents is the true secret to our success. The new Southwest office gets us closer to our customers, and closer to our agents, so we can cater our services to the unique needs of this community."
Realty Austin commissioned local companies to continue its landmark taste and style with striking, contemporary office designs. True to its homegrown roots, Kelle Contine Interior Design and Michael Schembri's Artwork is featured in all new and existing offices. Realty Austin Southwest is well-located in Class A retail space at Arbor Trails Shopping Center at 4301 William Cannon, Building K, Suite 200, Austin, Texas 78749.
