By connecting their internal systems with Symbility Claims Connect®, a cloud-based workflow management solution, Mid-America Adjusting will have a more streamlined end-to-end collaboration process across the entire claims environment, reducing time-to-resolution and increasing satisfaction levels for their valued policyholders. In conjunction, Mid-America Adjusting will also use Symbility Mobile Claims®, the industry's most intuitive field estimating solution in enhancing adjuster productivity. Mobile Claims will help Mid-America Adjusting adjusters capture claims information quickly and accurately, delivering higher quality service with prompt performance and reliability on every project.
