Due to the severe weather in the Northeast, FalconStor Software, Inc. (Nasdaq: FALC), has postponed its Third Quarter 2012 earnings announcement to November 7, 2012. After the close of market on Wednesday, November 7, 2012, FalconStor will announce financial results for the third quarter 2012, which ended September 30, 2012. FalconStor will host a conference call at 4:30 PM EST to discuss the results. In conjunction with the conference call, FalconStor will also host a presentation on the Internet.
