Fujitsu announced that its application development and integration service offerings are now listed on the salesforce.com AppExchange at www.salesforce.com/appexchange.
The Fujitsu offerings provide clients with a predictable experience with Salesforce CRM and large-scale cloud computing deployments by applying a proven methodology led by a Fujitsu team of certified consultants.
Throughout its six-year partnership with salesforce.com, Fujitsu has created an approach and global footprint to ensure client success by combining client-focused consulting with industry best practices.

Fujitsu service offerings now available to salesforce.com customers via the AppExchange include:
- Salesforce Automation (SFA): Provides a complete solution for sales process, client interactions, opportunity management, lead routing, sales forecasts/performance, and integration with back-office applications.
- Service and Support: Provides a complete solution for call/support center management with client-facing, knowledgebase and integration options.
- Extended Support: Provides clients the tailored support and expertise they need for their customized Salesforce CRM deployments at a reasonable cost. The Fujitsu support team provides the best possible advice and has the ability to design and develop customizations beyond typical in-house support capabilities.
- Application Modernization: Applies best practices to a company's existing Salesforce CRM deployment. Expert solution providers deliver a detailed review of a client's deployment along with a report prioritizing issues and offering recommendations.
